Yes. Your first bot can run on the free slot with local AI. A paid slot subscription unlocks configured cloud providers and additional capabilities. Your dashboard shows current plans and limits.
Do I need to know how to code?+
No code is needed to configure your assistant. To embed it, add the provided JavaScript snippet or iframe to a website that supports custom embeds.
Does each bot have its own knowledge?+
Yes. Knowledge retrieval, template variables, persona, AI settings and conversations are scoped to each bot—including multiple bots within the same account.
Where does my business data go?+
Your deployment stores files, settings and conversations. Local AI runs there too. If you enable a cloud provider, relevant content is sent to that provider for the AI features you use. Visitor data can be exported or erased from the studio.
What happens when it doesn't know?+
You define its fallback and answering boundaries. The assistant is instructed to answer from your sources and clarify ambiguity. AI can still make mistakes, so test important questions before publishing.
