On a bot assigned to a paid slot, configure a supported cloud AI provider using your own API key. Your provider may charge separately for its usage. The free slot continues to use the local model.

What is a slot?+
A slot lets one bot run. Every account includes one free slot; paid packages add the listed number of paid slots for additional bots.
Does BYOK work on the free slot?+
No. BYOK applies to bots assigned to active paid slots. The free-slot bot runs on the local AI model.
Can I apply a coupon?+
Eligible discount and value coupons are applied in the studio before checkout. Slot coupons activate eligible slots directly. The studio shows the final amount before payment starts.
What happens when a paid term ends?+
Nothing is deleted. Bots that had paid slots fall back to the available local model until paid slots are active again.
